For the littlest explorers, there are multiple woodland play areas and Forestry England regularly host trails here based around Julia Donaldson stories.   • We joined Bird Aware Solent for a guided birdwatching walk at Warsash Shore. This was such a brilliant way for us to learn about the birds we spot on our walks as well as what steps walkers can take to care for them.

  • A spot of golden winter sun and salty sea air was just what was needed one Sunday afternoon when we headed down to Hayling Island to revise our walk at Sinah Beach.
